Grrrrrout!

It's only been a week, but I'm already really tired of the mess in my house. The trials of any house updates, eh?
We got started at noon today. We are grouting the tile today, which is great, 'cause that puts me one step closer to having my bathroom and kitchen back in order. :-)
Of course, we ran into a problem right away - we couldn't find the "float" deal we needed to do the grouting. Guess what that meant??? I got to go to Lowes again!
With the little grout float thingie-ma-bobber, we were back in business. This process actually moved along pretty quickly. Terry would grout/smooth, and I would come behind him and wipe the tile. It only took a couple hours and it looks great! I'm getting more and more excited to see everything finished.

Tonight I put the hardware on my new sink cabinet doors and drawer, and touched up the paint in the bathroom. Did I even mention that I painted the bathroom? Yep, I did that Sunday night...since the baseboards and floor are all torn up...what better time? There was one spot behind the toilet tank that I couldn't get to before - but, now that the toilet is out, I was able to hit that spot. I also re-touched a few other sections, so that's a plus!

Tomorrow we get to put the bathroom and kitchen back together and hopefully I'll have my new dishwasher to install as well! We also need to put the trim back up, so we'll do that too. I hope we get it all done.
