Shopping Carts

Ok, I found a potential new career...shopping cart patrol. I'm sitting in front of the grocery store today. I was talking to my friend, Lonnie, and wanted to just sit there and finish talking. Now, follow along closely. I'm parked in the 3rd spot away from a cart return. This lady comes out with her cart full of groceries and wheels up to the car next to me - TWO spots from the cart return. She empties out the groceries and, rather than walking her cart ONE car over and putting the cart in the return, what do you think she did? She walked around her car (the opposite direction from the cart return) and parked her cart directly in front of my car. What? Really?

Annoying. It's actually quite funny to observe shopper behaviors...just sit in a parking lot for a few minutes sometime.

Perhaps I have too much time on my hands now, eh? :-) Along those same lines, I tested the ol' laptop webcam earlier today, with my sister. It's fun being able to see them and hear them all talking. The boys came in to see Tucker. He was conveniently snuggled up next to me on the couch. He's really getting quite used to having me around more. Uh-oh. I had some trouble with the microphone on my laptop, which resulted in me calling the HP tech support line. Explain this to me...how is it that they provide a list of tech support for a bizillion different countries, I dial the number listed next to United States, yet I end up speaking to a fella in India. No kidding! I was on the phone with him for 58 minutes. Good thing I have some spare time.

See how exciting this blog is now? ha ha I taught spinning class tonight and had a good time. The workout was a tough one, but it felt great to spin!

Ok, one final tidbit and I'll close this fascinating entry - does anyone out there use the natural peanut butter? Ya know how you have to store it in the fridge and when you go to use it, it's pretty hard to spread? Well, I stumbled onto a little trick...if you stick it in the microwave for about 30 seconds, it's perfectly spreadable!

Oh my gawd! I'm convinced that you're becoming my mother having mentioned shopping carts and a helpful hint. For a minute I thought I was reading an email from my mom and then remembered I was reading your blog.
