Kinda hard to believe it's already the 4th of July, eh? Over 1/2 way through another year. I got out on the bike for a bit this morning - it is SO HUMID today! It was like a thick layer of gel, rather than sweat - very nice. I rode just a little over an hour before deciding I needed to get out of the sun/heat. I think I got about 25 miles in, averaging 19+, so I'm good with that.
It's been funny hearing people's comments about registering for next year's ironman. Most people think I'm crazy...perhaps they're correct. :-)
Oh, and for those keeping up with Tucker's kennel escapades - he was able to "break out" again. This was with SIX latches! Yes, the Houdini of the canine world. He's somethin' else, that's for sure.

Tucker is smarter than Max, that's for sure! Max cant even figure out how to jump up on the bed :P
