I met up with my good friend, Terry (pictured below), a little after 2, and headed out for a ride.

A few notes about the ride:
- weather was beautiful, just a tad hot
- 2 (dead) snakes on the road
- detours due to construction (total bummer)
- when Terry says there are 2 hills, he's not counting the 5 or 6 you climb to get to those "2 hills". :-)
- very salty!
I actually went to Terry & Kathy's house for dinner last night too.
They are long-time friends (of somewhere around 13 years!), and it was nice catching up with them and hanging out. We even caught the end of yesterday's stage of the Tour!
