Man-oh-man...what a gorgeous day it was out there today! I was thrilled to get out on my bike and enjoy the warmth and sunshine. I honestly don't think I've been in shorts and short sleeves (on a ride) for months! It was wonderful and just an all-around pleasant ride.
I'm working on building a bit more strength back up, so I stayed in bigger gears than I normally would've in certain sections of the route, and I did some standing efforts. Fantastic!
That's it for now. I need to get cleaned up and I'll be heading out to my bro's house to watch the Biggest Loser (I love that show!).

Send some back out this way please! =) Local mountains are all blanketed in fresh snow. More rain and snow to fall over the next 2 weeks it looks like. It's really disruptive for riding.
It's been pleasant in Wisconsin as well! What a nice treat. I noticed you finished at C'DA last year. My husband is racing this year, his 2nd IM. Any tips specific to C'das course. We're driving out with our kids and looking forward to exploring the area.

Nope. More crappy rain to start the wildfire cycle for the summer. It looks like we're getting rain for the next two weeks with some days in between with sun. Yes, I do have a facebook page but very rarely am even on it. I can email it to you if you want though.
