Well, I went for a second visit to TKMT this evening - I'm tellin' ya, this is a good idea! I feel like a wet noodle when I leave there.
Aside from feeling like it relieves stress/tension, I really do feel like it's helping with my arm and a few other trouble spots I'm having on my right side.
I plan to keep going back - really, my only regret is that I didn't start doing this a little earlier in my IM training routine. :-)
I stopped by to see Troy, Cathy and the boys. They literally live around the corner from TKMT. It was dinner time and the boys were showing off a little bit with their eating. They're cute kids, that's for sure. I continue to be impressed with how this family is juggling an IM-in-training in the house. It's one thing to keep up with all this on your own, but much more is involved when you have to juggle a spouse and children - it really has been a group effort on their part and they have done such a great job of preserving family time. I know this means a little more sacrifice for Troy as he works around things - it really is impressive!
I visited with them for just a little bit and headed home to get myself together for another day!
